Stalking Cases: New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated

Online may be more convenient but the print version of the statutes is one of the best ways to find case law. RSA 633:3-a defines the offense of stalking. In print, section 3-a is followed by case summaries which are called "annotations." Once a helpful annotation is found, the entire case is available at Google Scholar (see below) or from the New Hampshire Law Library. This link leads you to public libraries that have the Revised Statutes Annotated in print.   GO>
